| I like soup. I like tomatoes. I looove tomato soup. Tomato soup makes me sick. But I like it, so I eat it. Then I feel sick. Then I say: "I'm never getting tomato soup ever again!" Then the next time I see tomato soup, I get it. Then I eat it and enjoy it and then I feel sick. And that's how tomato soup is like life =)

| It think it started out as me going fishing with my parents. Then I find myself taking the fish apart with a bunch of other workers at this assembly line...except they looked nothing like fish. I was responsible for plucking these little clear squishy cube things from a stick-like frame. The procedure involved plucking them one by one, but I had developed a faster method, by plucking a couple at a time! So I was like, hey, I have a better way to do this, and I showed them and they were all like, hey, yeah, that's good! But then the manager was like, unfortunately, for the sake of regulations, we have to make sure that your method is indeed faster. And to test it out, I was to dip the cubes in poisonous lead and eat them. If I didn't die from the poisoning, then it meant that I passed the test. I remember having the poisonous bottle of lead in front of me and a plate of cubes, ready to test them out and not feeling scared at all for someone who was just about to ingest poison. Unfortunately, I never got to find out if I died or not cause the next thing I know I'm at home with my parents except it looked nothing like our current house. At some point, some guy with a knife in his shoulder collapses on his back right into our house at the front door and we just completely ignore him. Then some other guys come knocking at our door, and when we answer the door, they all barge in with rifles and knife threatening to kill the dead man in our house. So I get scared and hide myself in the washroom, and then someone knocks at the door, and then the doorbell rings and I wake up because the doorbell was actually ringing. And then I'm facing an angry mother who is complaining that I didn't answer the door.
This week's supermarket episode was with my mom, and I realized that we don't listening to each other at all:
*mom walks over with a box of groceries that was a tenth as heavy as what I carried last week*
mom: omg this is so heavy, i'm going to bring the car to the front and you carry it outside. Can you do it, is it too heavy?
me: mom, this is sooooo light, d'you know what dad made me carry last week? 24 bottles of water, a thing of milk and a buuuunch of other stuff...
mom: that's great, i'm going to go get the car
me: ...and he was sitting in the car the whole time...
mom: ...and you set the groceries here...
me: ...reading the newspaper....
mom: ...in the shade...
me: ...and i had to carry it all by myself...
mom: ...wait for me in the shade, stay in the shade!
